Participation Options

Introduction

CAPSI and our first Industry Action Plan (IAP), VitalRail, supports stakeholders in making important improvements to specific industries in the name of economic and environmental long-term stability. Through conversations and iterative IntelliConference Series, our Participating Stakeholders, CAPSI organizers and facilitators drill into the detail of the goals to address the challenges, opportunities and breakthroughs.

One more important detail: if all we did was produce great white papers on these changes, that would not be enough. We maintain this site for stakeholders and staff stay up-to-date via summaries linked to deeper analysis.

Participation Roles

Registered Visitors

As a registered visitor, you are able to visit all public pages, make comments and ask questions using the Discussion Tab on each page. To become a Registered Visitor send an email to welcometocapsi@ontracknorthamerica.org with the subject line: Registered Visitor.

Registered Stakeholders

A Registered Stakeholder is a person who chooses to observe the evolution of our IntelliConference and IntelliSynthesis process. As a registered stakeholder, you will have your own stakeholder page to introduce yourself, your background and interests in a specific Industry Action Plan and its related IntelliConferences. You can also comment and ask questions related to the IAP pages you have access to. To become a Registered Stakeholder, send an email to welcometocapsi@ontracknorthamerica.org with the subject line: Registered Stakeholder. We will notify you with a temporary login ID and password.

We ask you to:

• Read the Founder's Statement and OTNA/CAPSI Ethics pages.
• Ask us any questions or make comments via email.
• Be concise as possible in your communication. Feel free to attach any material you think relevant to the work.
• Please register your agreement with the OTNA/CAPSI ethics by commenting in this regard in your request to be a Registered Stakeholder.

Participating Stakeholders

If you regard yourself as a subject matter expert (SME), a champion, an early adopter or scout in any of our goals and dialogues, we invite you to become a Participating Stakeholder of one of our Industry Action Plans, for example, VitalRail.

• SME: As a Subject Matter Expert, you have the ability to provide verifiable information and considered views on specific subjects related to one or more of our IAPs.
• Champion: As a Champion, you may be an SME but in this case you are a specific advocate for a subject.
• Scout: As a Scout, you meet with professional stakeholders and research information to uncover POVs that may be relevant and valuable to stakeholders.

If you fulfill any of these descriptions, we ask you to register as a Participating Stakeholder and identify yourself as a SME, Champion or Scout.

Sponsor Prospects

Sponsorship of our work offers many direct benefits to the near and long term goals and mission of your organization. We invite any organization within the sectors of business, government, labor, associations, advocacy, industry media and academia to contact us about sponsorship of one of our Industry Action Plans or a specific IntelliConference Series.
