Background - These are the foundational questions for North America in general that can then be applied to each region.
Stakeholders - These questions elicit local knowledge and stakeholder information.
Material Supply - This round illuminates healthy forest treatment prescriptions and consequent material supply.
Logistics and Processing - These questions pinpoint current and needed logistics and processing capacities and opportunities.
