We have a suggested format however you can create your own headers and use bullets, full sentences, and paragraphs as much as you like. But remember this: be considerate of other people's time. Long exposition writing is often challenging for busy people to absorb. Here at OnTrackNorthAmerica we use bullets as much as possible. That way people can get to know a subject as quickly as possible.
