On behalf of the Facilitation Staff of OnTrackNorthAmerica we thank you for your interest in joining the OTNA Participating Stakeholder Community. Participating Stakeholders are the lifeblood of OnTrackNorthAmerica, our Initiatives and our IntelliConferences.

OTNA Participating Stakeholder responsibilities:
When OTNA produces IntelliConferences, Facilitators together with Participating Stakeholders, on and offline, use IntelliSynthesis to gather collective intelligence. The results are healthy communication, better-informed decisions, effective action plans, and faster advancement toward goals. IntelliConferences consist of rounds of call and response, questions and answers.
I agree to answer each round of questions within two weeks.
I agree to notify OTNA of my intention not to participate in any given round.
I agree to respond to communications from the facilitation team within 60 hours.
Upon a round ending, OTNA Facilitators will analyze the answers and return a summary of all input, including any outlier points of view. Following this, a new round will commence. There may be two to five rounds of questions sent to you over a two month period.
