Industrial System Initiative

Introduction

Industry System Initiatives (ISI)  An industry in which we are convening stakeholders in order to support them in re-designing any elements of industry. Our first ISI is VitalRail, the second is Forestry Management, then Agriculture Nutrient Management. Sponsors of ISIs will be entities large and small within the industry, and also RE developers, banks, and technology companies.

ISIs are centered around 10 major goals. See the example of the 10 goals for VitalRail. Goals can be modified or replaced. They are critical to success metrics and tracking progress for stakeholders. An ISI and it's commensurate 10 goals are established by one-on-one interaction between an ONTA ISI Director, our OTNA Organizer Team leads, industry leaders, SMEs, champions and scouts. 

Early sponsors are usually drawn from leaders in all sectors. The ISI Director and the our team Organizers are responsible for enrolling sponsors The design and operation of any ISI is the same. ISIs are a modular program.
