- How to solve a big problem:
- I have a outcome vision
- I need to find the community who are stakeholders of my vision, not believers in it, but part of the community around my vision
- Ask them to identify their problems and solutions to their problems, note not my problems and solutions
- Figure out where my vision helps them resolve their problem
- Find out where their solutions fit with my solutions
- Standard protocols?
- Shared databases?
- Better data visualization?
- Repeat the process
