Industry Action Plan

Introduction

Industry Action Plan (IAP)  An initiative in which we convene and support stakeholders in re-designing any elements of an industry. Our first IAP is VitalRail, the second is Forestry Management, then Agriculture Nutrient Management. Sponsors of IAPs will be entities large and small from the sectors of business, government, labor, associations, industry media, academia, finance and advocacy.

IAPs are centered around 10 major goals/dialogues. See the example of the 10 goals for VitalRail. Goals will be modified or replaced as the community of stakeholders delve into the relevant issues of transformation. The evolution of goals are critical success metrics for tracking progress. An IAP and it's commensurate 10 goals are established by one-on-one interaction between an ONTA IAP Director, our OTNA Organizer Team, industry leaders, SMEs, champions and scouts.

Early sponsors are usually drawn from leaders in all sectors. The IAP Director and the our team of Organizers are responsible for enrolling sponsors.
