* I think the BOWs should be systematic. For example, if you are putting a document for Rosedale, it would either start with Rosedale Document or the first word would be Rosedale and end with document (Ex: Rosedale Document: Action Plan or Rosedale Action Plan Document).

  • As the database continues to expand there is the potential of data getting lost in the sauce if our facilitators do not have a uniformed approach to entries.

* If a person knows they need a specific project document (let’s use Rosedale as the example again), but they don’t know exactly what one, by searching “Rosedale document” all the Rosedale documents should come up.

  • This is not a problem with BOWs. Jordyn wants to be able to do a quick find on source documents. He would do an advance search in the facilitator namespace for the name of the document
