No one has the time to read long white papers on the work. Stakeholders need summaries much like Wikipedia linking facts in an encyclopedia form. OTNA links breakthrough information for accomplishing goals. Multilogue Records present content that show the breakthroughs on ISI goals. Storing background information on all things related to ISI goals is the job of the Internet, not ours. Though we certainly establish links within our subject pages to relevant evidence posted on the Internet.
