Changing the last paragraph with a better link style

In this last paragraph on the page:

"For more information about the background and underlying research for the Land and Freight Calculator, see the article on comparative evaluation of highways and railroads using life-cycle benefit-cost analysis published in the International Journal of Sustainable Transportation, Volume 18, 2024 - Issue 10."

Is this: "comparative evaluation of highways and railroads using life-cycle benefit-cost analysis" the title. If so lets discuss embedding links in the article name versus journal. Keep the journal name, but put the link from the article not the journal since that's where they land. - Jeff JLohrmann (talk) 03:43, 15 January 2025 (UTC)
