'''IntelliConference Series  '''A series of events for delivering core value to our customers and sponsors via the networking work of our internal organizer and facilitator teams.  IC Series are always tied to one ISI goal such as the subject of Finance within VitalRail. An IC Series is composed of an Introductory IntelliConference, Exploratory IntelliConferences and an Action IntelliConference. IC Series are usually produced over six months. In that period there is one Intro IC, any number of exploratory ICs, usually 3 to 10, and one Action IC. 

'''Introductory ICs'''  A synchronous meeting of stakeholders delivered via Zoom. Usually produced as three hour events presented over three days. Leading up to the Intro IC our team organizers are networking with stakeholders about the goal the Intro IC .  This is the place where OTNA Staff and lead sponsors introduce the qoal we are dealing with and how the IC Series will develop around the goal. Panels will be composed of SMEs, scouts and champions.  A sponsor at some level may be a panel member but their input has to be relevant to the goal, not their specific company.

'''Exploratory ICs'''   A group of asynchronous events using the OTNA trademarked [[IntelliSynthesis]] methods and services. There can be up to 10 Exploratory ICs within a single IC Series. Exploratory ICs are organized and produced by OTNA Facilitators. 

'''Action ICs''' are synchronous Zoom meetings of stakeholders. Their purpose is to summarize what has taken place in the Exploratory ICs and determine next steps.  The next steps may include more in depth IntelliConference Series or the establishment of a ISI sponsored [[Action Advisory  Group]].
